WARNING : Walking Dogs in Gritted Areas

WARNING....With the snow upon us the roads are now being gritted, if you walk your dog on gritted roads/paths please make sure that their paws are washed either by walking them through a few puddles away from the gritted surfaces or by dipping their feet in fresh water once at home. WATCH TO SEE IF YOUR DOGS OR CATS ARE LICKING THEIR FEET A LOT. WHY ? GRIT CONTAINS ANTI-FREEZE WHICH IS POISONOUS, ANTI-FREEZE TASTES SWEET TO DOGS AND CATS. CATS AND DOGS LIKE TO LICK THEIR FEET!

Bronte - The Cavapoo

Meet the lovely Bronte Cavapoo (King Charles Cavalier/Mini Poodle x) This is Bronte after her groom with the coat cut short but still nice and fluffy and all the hair removed from the snout so you can see her eyes. Ears trimmed to beard level to give a nice 'bob' effect (owners wanted the hair removed from under the chin as its always gets food stuck in it)

WINTER MONTHS

Grooming your dog in the Winter does not have to mean that it has to be shaved down to the skin. You can still have your dog groomed leaving its fur a nice manageable length for owners in this wet weather. OR you can just have a Bath & Tidy which means that no length is taken off the back of the dog, just a tidy around the feet, feathers & face.
